My name is Petra, and I provide professional Home Watch services with a strong focus on reliability, attention to detail, and personal responsibility.
Originally from Germany, I bring a structured and detail-oriented approach shaped by more than three decades of experience in the real estate industry. My professional background includes an advanced IHK qualification in Real Estate and Property Management, awarded by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
I believe that caring for a home is not just about checking a property - it is about understanding responsibility, noticing small changes, and acting before issues become problems.
Every visit is carried out personally. After each visit, you receive a detailed report including photos, so you always know your home is in good hands.
